batalpha not only delivers and installs state-of-the-art stage technology - we also use our competence to preserve your financial investments and offer a wide range of services which can significantly prolong your systems life span - not only for batalpha systems, but also for mechanical installations of other manufacturers if possible.

Maintenance
You wish for yearly maintenance for a fixed price? No problem - we offer maintenance contracts for up to 10 years. This helps your financial planing. If you don't want fixed maintenance intervals we are happy to offer separate maintenances - always for a fair price.

Software Update
Within a maintenance, batalpha's customers receive a complimentary software update to the latest version available for their system - including new features and bugfixes.

Hardware Upgrade
We are always trying to offer our latest developments to our existing clients as cost-efficient as possible. We are, for example, capable to integrate the new Q.book as well as the new Q.touch software into existing batalpha systems with very little effort. Just ask us!

Third-Party Testing
batalpha offers system checks in accordance to BGV C1 §34. In case of needed third-party testing, we offer our guidance services.

Consulting
